As part of strengthening our network infrastructure in our data center in St. Louis, we will be performing software upgrades on our core routers at the data center.
Data flow will be temporarily diverted to other routers, which could lead to an increased load.
We do not expect any major connectivity issues for any of the servers. It is possible in some individual cases that the reachability could be affected for a brief time.
We would like to point out, as with all maintenance, that unexpected complications may cause connectivity problems.
The maintenance will be carried out on:
Wednesday, November 29 from 2AM until 10AM CST.
(For our customers outside the United States: CST= UTC -6)
The continued improvement of our network will ensure that your server continues to be quickly reachable and has enough capacity at all times for our mutual growth.
We thank you for your understanding during this necessary work to improve our network quality.
Please let us know if you have additional questions or concerns and our staff will gladly assist you.
